Wanderlass Travel Blog
The Situation

Wanderlass is a popular travel blog, with tips on travel, contests and most importantly Lilliane’s travel adventures. The blog has been around since 2007, and with time was getting more readers. She wanted a new WordPress blog design and also to showcase all her travel photos which were already present on her Flickr account.

Since her backpacking took Lilliane to various places on a single trip, she needed a custom Google map WordPress plugin so as to integrate with her WordPress blog, where she can also place pointers on her map route.

The Solution

Firstly our WordPress blog designers whipped up a custom blog design. Along our WordPress blog development, we customized the navigation, such that on-hover, header color reflects the menu. To pull all her travel album from Flickr, we did Flickr integration with her WordPress blog. So now all her albums are directly picked from the account.

To enable her to map out a route and even put pointers along the route with description or links to her blog post, we built a new Google map WordPress plugin. To help Lilliane manage header colors and change them easily, we created dashboard functionality for the same.

Our Client Says ...

Run your imagination wild! Desire something outrageous! Never seen it anywhere before? No worries. NetMadeEz is your Genie in a Bottle. They can code ANYTHING! I love my color changing header, photo gallery, and travel map!
